Below is an instruction on how to make pearls of jelly - or home-made caviar, as one could also name it. Delicious on top of tatar, salmon or blinis!
Last, but not least, we have ash. As strange as it may sound, this kind of ash adds a perfect touch to e.g. fish, mustard cream etc. The ash below is made from hay, but it is also possible to base it on onions, leeks or herbs.
